Based in Jos, Nigeria Before joining the Micah Network in January 2011, Ben was a trainer in volunteer leadership as Director, Holistic Leadership Development with Harvest Leaders Network, as Africa associate. He was hired as discipleship in integral mission, using the leadership and organization development as a means of transforming the community through a holistic network. At the professionnal level, Ben has over 22 years of various experiences. 17 of those years were with the United Nations, where his last job was as Head of Human Resources Management for UNICEF Southern Sudan, during the reconstruction of 2005, following the signings a conciliation agreement. Since December 2007, he focused on the contribution to leadership by taking into account the social relevance through integral mission by equipping Christian professionals and those whose aim is the integral impact in their spheres of influence with an emphasis on Africa. Before the Sudan, he served as Director of Human Resources with the UNICEF Eastern and Southern Africa offices, Nairobi, Kenya since 2002. Before that, he was head of human resources management in UNICEF Nigeria offices. His previous experiences include finance / operations with UNICEF as a Team Leader for Operation of a World Bank / UNDP Rural Water and Sanitation Project, RUSAFIYA, after a brief audit, financial management advice earlier in his career. Ben is married to Lydia, and blessed with 4 children: Glory, Jeremiah, Israel and Praise.
